"Reflections of July: From Dreams to Healing and Growing Through the Storms"

Well, this July has certainly been one for the books. It was a month filled with new memories to treasure and a promise of a new future. Yes this is a home and gardening blog, I just couldn't resist mentioning my trip to Wembley with my girly squad though.

Since 2012, I have dreamed of seeing my favorite music artist, Lana Del Rey. On July 3rd, 2025, this dream finally came true when I got tickets to see her live at Wembley! Thanks to early access from the artist’s pre-sale back in November, I was able to secure my spot to see my one and only Lana.

The experience was overwhelming—tears flowed, my hands shook, and there were moments when I forgot to breathe. It’s a magical memory I’ll cherish forever, shared with my amazing mum, my friend, and her little girl.

I have so many gorgeous photos of us all, however I know my friend doesn't like her photo being taken, nor does my mum. I'm also not going to put my friends little girl on this blog, who is a child. This blog is open access to anyone to view. So they will be kept private.

Lana has been a guiding light in my life. From day one, her voice, style, and poetic lyrics have resonated with me in a way that no one else has. There’s no denying that Lana Del Rey is unique; she moves effortlessly through the air like an ethereal angel from another world.

Despite her talent, I often feel she’s underappreciated. Critics frequently dismiss her, branding her work as “depressing” or critiquing her vocals. But to me, she’s anything but. I pray I get to see her again. I love you so much, Lana Del Rey! What a fabulous way to kick off July.

I find myself still waiting, ever so patiently though, for Lana Del Rey to drop her new album. It’s like a loving nod back to her iconic 'Videogames' and 'Ride' days, infused with the sweet essence of country cowgirl Americana music. I've been lucky enough to hear a few songs from the new album live, and I already have my favorites!

Our queen is absolutely in full bloom now, flourishing alongside her husband. Married life looks beautiful on Lana, and her happiness radiates through her new songs, making it an even more special experience for her fans.

The concert came and went far too quickly. It seemed like a lifetime waiting for that moment to arrive. I’d snagged tickets back in November 2024 and promised my friend Lisa that I’d try to get four tickets: one each for us, my mum, and Lisa’s little girl.

When I called Lisa the next day, I initially told her in a sad, monotone voice how hard it was to get tickets since they sold out so quickly. Then, right when she was about to despair, I dropped the bomb—I had four seats in a row, and we were headed to Wembley!

We kept it a secret for a while. I wanted to surprise my mum on Christmas Day with the ticket and a Lana Del Rey t-shirt. I think Lisa did something similar for her daughter. I bought all four of us matching shirts because I’m a bit of a basic girly like that, but also because I was just so excited. This was my very first concert! Plus, it was my first time going into London on the train, my first experience on the underground, and my first trip to Wembley. A whole lot of firsts!

That waiting period between November and Christmas felt like an eternity. I play Lana's music on repeat daily. This made it even harder to keep the secret from my mum, when she would visit me, as Lana is always on in Blair Cottage. I love to watch her music videos and this is why I love Spotify, because if you use Spotify on the television, it automatically plays the music video for the songs.

When I think back now, this is perhaps why it took me hours to wrap Christmas presents, because I was sat in the snug, wrapping but had Lana on in the background. Easily distracted by her!

I even get goosebumps and tear up listening to one of my all-time favorite songs, “National Anthem.” The music video is simply stunning! My mum loves this song too, and it’s a firm favorite for both of us. The way Lana looks—her hair, nails, and makeup—transports me. The video beautifully portrays her as Marilyn Monroe and Jacqueline Kennedy, while ASAP Rocky plays John F. Kennedy, culminating in a stunning depiction of the assassination. It might sound odd, but the video is breathtaking, and I'm in awe of how beautifully Lana captured that moment. That's our Lana for you—my Lana since day one.

After giving my mum her Christmas present, the wait from December to the concert in July felt like an eternity, yet it was undoubtedly worth it. The night of the concert turned out to be the best night of my life! I took countless videos and photos because I want to print them out to create a photo album. I never want to lose these memories of sharing this special experience with those close to me.

Until next time, I hope! Here’s to the magic of music and the joy it brings, especially when shared with loved ones.

On a more personal note, this month marked a decisive step in my journey towards healing. I’ve decided to go private for my spinal surgery, as waiting 9-12 months was not an option for me. The countdown is on to August 1st, when my surgery will take place. It feels like an early Christmas gift, as I’ve read so many positive reviews from people who have suffered like I have, then go on to having a lumber discectomy and wake up in recovery completely pain free from sciatica. The thought of experiencing relief from my sciatica pain is something I'm looking forward to more than anything!

For those who don’t live with chronic conditions, it’s hard to truly grasp how deeply these issues can affect both mental and physical health. I want to share this message with anyone who makes judgments about those of us who live with chronic pain. Until you experience it for yourself, hold back your unkind thoughts.

Imagine facing daily challenges—chronic migraines, back pain, Crohn's disease, cystic fibrosis, lupus, or rheumatoid arthritis—conditions that can have debilitating, often invisible symptoms. For anyone inclined to judge those dealing with these issues and other conditions, I encourage you to reflect upon your perspective before casting stones.

It’s unfortunate that some individuals choose to spread negativity. I’ve experienced my fair share of school-type insults and bullying behavior online recently, anonymously posting, definitely masking their own insecurities behind a screen. They may be bitter and spiteful, but I refuse to let them take time away from my beautiful life.

For those who like to judge and pass bitter comments regarding people and their chronic health issues, I suggest you take a long, hard look at yourself before you judge others.

For those of my angels on my social media platforms who live daily with a chronic health condition, you are not alone. I am here as a listening ear. We don't judge. We are strong. We have grace and decorum. We have empathy and we have compassion.

Unfortunately, some walk among us who can't seem to grasp this concept. Anonymous people, who have nothing better to do than hide behind keyboards and computer screens and bully others. They are a waste of my time and are irrelevant to my wonderful life.

I will end by saying bullying is never OK. Whether it be in person or online. I think these people will forever be bitter, spiteful and jealous.

I always like to think of that excellent Roald Dahl quote from the children's book 'The Twits' when bitter people like to bully others, it goes as follows,

"If a person has ugly thoughts, it begins to show on the face. And when that person has ugly thoughts every day, every week, every year, the face gets uglier and uglier until you can hardly bear to look at it.

A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts it will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”

I have captured many memories over the years. The places I've been, the people I've met. The things I've done. I won't be everyone's cup of tea because I am Champagne darling!

So for those who suffer with chronic pain and disabilities, or if you get bullied by people who never grew up or learnt how to be a good person, remember we will always look lovely and have good thoughts. We are the sunbeams. Our inner light shines brighter than any negativity that may come our way.

Now with that issue out the way, let us focus on July's adventures. As we find ourselves nestled in the heart of July, I’m eager to share a glimpse into my little corner of the world—my beloved cottage garden. This month has presented a unique set of challenges, yet it remains a sanctuary brimming with life and beauty.

I must admit, I feel as though I’ve somewhat neglected my garden this July. In my usual routine, I would start each morning with a cup of coffee in hand, wandering down the garden path to soak in the morning light and the gentle stirrings of nature. Clara Bell, my faithful feline companion, would often join me, perched nearby, as we watched the birds flit about, gathering food for their young. I've had an abundance of baby Blackbirds and Robins. It's been beautiful to see them. Those moments of stillness amidst the flurry of life are what I cherish the most.

However, my back injury has taken a toll, reducing my time in the garden. Once a haven where I could lose track of time, tending to my plants and discovering new blooms overnight has become a bit more challenging. July has mainly been about keeping up with watering my plants and ensuring the bird feeders are full. There’s a bittersweet twinge in this reduced involvement; I had developed a love for gardening. Watching new life grow that I had planted. The satisfaction of nurturing my garden and witnessing its growth—the feeling of having achieved something tangible by day’s end—seems just so out of reach this month.

This month’s heat has also added to the difficulty of my gardening endeavors. The sun shines ever so brightly, reminding me to take things slow and prioritize self-care. Still, I occasionally find moments to deadhead my flowers, allowing some of my prized blooms to continue their magnificent display.

As I navigate through July here at Blair Cottage, I can’t help but reflect on the blessings of this season and the support that has made all the difference. Over the last few months, my wonderful mumma bear has been a constant source of help, visiting whenever she can to lend a hand in the garden, my home and with looking after me.

I’m so grateful for the way she steps in to assist with tasks that have become challenging for me. However, I often find myself wrestling with a sense of guilt. I long for the days when I could solely be the one tending to her needs, ensuring she has a relaxing retreat at Blair Cottage, when she comes to visit.

Despite my feelings, mum reassures me that she truly enjoys being active in the garden. She finds joy in tending to the flowers and watching them thrive, and I can't help but smile at how well she knows my garden. It's a special bond we share, working side by side, nurturing not only the plants but also our relationship.

Her love and dedication remind me that it’s okay to seek help, especially from those we love. I owe my whole 30 years of my life to my mum. Who raised me and my brother, as a struggling single parent, when my dad walked out on her, when I was only 14 months old and my brother 2 weeks old.

Even at the age of 30, she still nurtures me and helps guide me through life. I owe everything to her, I truly would be lost without her. I love you mum.

Despite my challenges, but with the help of my wonderful mum, my garden continues to be a canvas of colors and life. The cottage garden is wild but so full of life. The flower beds are intermingled with the busy bees and fluttering butterflies, reminding me that even in the midst of hardship, nature prevails with its resilience and charm.

Spring started off with such promise. I remember catching my first tan lines around Mother’s Day, feeling the warmth of the sun and the optimism that comes with longer, brighter days. But as we moved into summer, the heat has decided to stick around a bit too long for my liking. Lately, I find myself longing for the occasional cool breeze, as we've been battling a wave of humidity that has made gardening a bit of a challenge.

The recent weather has been one for the books—muggy and sticky with intermittent showers that seem to tease more than provide relief. It’s been cloudy, with the threat of thunderstorms looming, yet the muggy heat refuses to back down.

Despite these tough conditions, I’m thrilled to report that my garden is still showing some signs of life! My flower beds are currently overrun with weeds though. I remove chickweed because it will just take over, however I love my nettles, cows parsley and my beloved nipplewort. So although abundant with weeds, some will remain in situ, because they are a haven for my ladybirds and hoverflies. A few weeks back, I was dealing with pests such as our garden aphids, but alas, my ladybirds have been busy keeping these critters at bay though!

I get quite unwell with this type of weather we're experiencing, due to the rising and plummeting barometric pressure. I have annoying headaches, which I call my muggy headaches.

For those of you who get that sense and feeling like it is going to rain, you hate the smell of the rain on warm pavement and then feel headaches and nausea. These are classic signs of suffering from barometric pressure headaches and migraines. For years, I could 'tell' when it was going to rain or be thunderstorm-type weather. I'm not mad, I promise ha!

The smell of rain on the ground makes me feel sick. One of the worst smells for me. As a paramedic, I have encountered a whole bounty of smells over the years, but a top smell I really do despise is the smell of rain on a warm path. This is because I associate it with my headaches. If you also relate to that sensation of impending rain or the strong smell of wet pavement, then you know exactly what I’m talking about and how disgusting it is.

The last few weeks here in Crowland have been exactly that—humid, muggy and rainy weather. I'm definitely not a fan. Roll on Autumn, with the fresh, cool, crisp air and darker nights.

Despite my grumbling about the dreary weather, my beloved cottage garden has thrived under the nourishing embrace of our recent rains. The wild poppy seeds I lovingly scattered some months ago have burst forth in a delightful display, my Hollyhocks are glorious with such pigmented colour and my sunflowers stand tall and cheerful, basking in their full glory.

There's a quaint field nearby, which I affectionately refer to as the "field of happiness." It's a sun-drenched haven, brimming with sunflowers that brighten even the gloomiest of days and always bring a smile to my face. I have begun to see the hues of yellow appear in this field, so I look forward to seeing all the sunflowers out on full display.

My Dahlias are flourishing beautifully, lending their vibrant colors to the tapestry of my garden. Unfortunately, my sweet peas seem to have reached the end of their blooming season, but I’ve learned of everlasting sweet peas that could grace my garden in the future! The enchanting fragrance of sweet peas is a treasure I can't resist, so I’m eager to add them to my growing list of floral desires.

The pond features I've crafted are coming along splendidly. After just a week, since the installation of one of my pond features in the ground, I was thrilled to notice a little frog visiting my garden paradise. With the hot, dry spells we've had lately, I've made it a priority to provide water for the wildlife that graces my garden.

Scattered throughout are little brown trays filled with stones and water, creating mini habitats for our delightful visitors. I've set up five pond features—two simple barrels by my patio and shed, and my proud first creation, the charming brick well pond, along with two more nestled in the ground. It's heartwarming to know that these enchanting spots provide a cool refuge and fresh water for the hoverflies, bees, ladybirds, wasps, birds, and frogs that playfully share my space on these warm days.

One of the most delightful aspects is the abundance of wildlife that seems to have taken up residence in Blair Cottage. Being the animal lover that I am, I couldn't be happier, that wildlife is taking refuge in my back garden.

I’ve spotted countless ladybirds and hoverflies flitting about, and I absolutely adore this! These little pollinators and aphid predators are not just charming to observe; they play a crucial role in keeping my plants healthy and vibrant.

The joy of gardening goes beyond the plants themselves—it’s also about creating a haven for various creatures. Each day brings new surprises as I watch the interactions in this little ecosystem I’ve nurtured. I can’t wait to see how my garden continues to evolve over the coming weeks!

As we witness shifts in weather patterns across the globe, it is becoming increasingly evident that the UK is experiencing a new norm of hot and dry climate conditions largely attributed to global warming. This transition poses significant challenges for a nation that has traditionally not been accustomed to extreme heat, unlike countries such as the United States or Australia.

One of the most pressing concerns is the adaptation of our infrastructure and ecosystems. Unlike many regions that are equipped with air conditioning and heat-resistant designs, the UK's buildings often lack these essential features. As a result, the rising temperatures can lead to discomfort and even health risks for residents.

The implications for our native wildlife and plants are equally alarming. With milder winters and earlier springs, we are observing a range of species, including roses, remaining in bloom far longer than typical—sometimes even into December. This disruption in natural cycles can have cascading effects on biodiversity and ecological balance.

From an agricultural perspective, farmers are facing unprecedented challenges. The lack of rainfall and extreme heat have resulted in poor crop yields, forcing farmers to deplete winter feed reserves earlier than anticipated. This situation not only threatens food security but also raises concerns about livestock welfare and the sustainability of farming practices in these increasingly challenging conditions.

Additionally, the heightened temperatures and dry landscapes have contributed to an uptick in wildfires. While some of these fires are deliberately set, many are a consequence of negligence, further highlighting the need for greater awareness and responsibility regarding fire safety in these vulnerable environments.

While sunny and hot weather can be enjoyable, the excessive and persistent heat we are experiencing is not without serious repercussions. The alteration of our country’s landscape, wildlife ecosystems, and agricultural systems signals that what we once considered normal is changing. As we move forward, it is imperative that we acknowledge these challenges and work toward adaptive strategies that will safeguard our environment for future generations.

In light of these changes, fostering a culture of environmental awareness and resilience is crucial. As individuals and communities, we must consider our role in mitigating the impacts of climate change and protecting the natural world around us.

So just remember, although I long for Autumn and cooler weather, I do not mind an occasional day of Summer sunshine but the recent dry spell we have had here in the UK is worrying. I don't like constant hot temperatures. Temperatures around 20° I can just about cope with, especially with a fresh breeze. Anything higher, I am really not comfortable with and it's been horrendous for the gardens.

Epecially when it comes to nurturing the new plants that I’ve carefully planted. There’s nothing quite like the joy of watching them thrive, but keeping them hydrated is becoming quite the chore. Even more so with the constant dry and hot spell since Spring. My water bill has certainly been on the rise, but I’m committed to maintaining my little oasis and supporting the pollinators that depend on it. After all, it’s all for wildlife!

One of the most frustrating aspects of this watering routine is my hosepipe. I never knew that a simple tool could come with its own set of challenges! While I rely on it for efficiency, it has a knack for curling up and tangling itself at the most inconvenient moments. There I am, trying to water the farthest plants, only to realize I have to trek back to uncoil it. You know that feeling when the water flow stops because the hose has bent? Yep, that’s my hosepipe’s favorite game!

Despite the frustrations, I wouldn’t trade my hosepipe for anything else. It’s a lifeline for my garden, much like my trusty Henry Hoover is for keeping my home clean. Oh, Henry can be a bit dramatic at times—getting stuck around corners or flipping on his side. I often find myself pausing to sort him out, just like I do with my hosepipe. They both get the job done, but they sure know how to test my patience!

In recent months, many areas have imposed bans on the use of hosepipes, leaving gardeners frustrated and their green spaces at risk. If you're among those affected, I urge you to consider applying for a blue badge if you’re eligible. It can make a world of difference! I was recently told by my next door neighbour about this.

The persistence of a beautiful garden can feel daunting without the right tools, especially when watering cans become your only option. We all know how labor-intensive and time-consuming that can be—especially during hot weather. A blue badge not only allows you to use your hosepipe without worrying about fines, but it also means your health won’t suffer from the strain of carrying heavy watering cans.

I am fortunate to live in an area that hasn’t implemented this ban yet, but I empathize with those who face such restrictions. Your garden is not just a patch of land; it’s a sanctuary, a place of joy, and often a source of pride. It's vital to protect it and ensure it thrives, regardless of the challenges that local regulations may present.

So, if you’re eligible for a blue badge, please consider applying. It can provide a sense of relief when you step outside to tend to your plants, knowing you can use your hosepipe without concern. Let's embrace our gardens and make sure they flourish, rain or shine. Use your hosepipe with pride, and keep that greenery growing!

Thankfully, there is no ban (so far) in my area and with my mum's help, we're ready to tackle the watering needs—at least for the plants that require our care.

Luckily (although hot and humid) we have finally been graced with rain over these last few weeks. With the rain we've been getting, it's amazing to see gardens revive. It’s a beautiful reminder of nature’s resilience. However, I have to admit, my grass is still looking rather shabby. As you can see from the photo's above, my grass needs some tender love and care. I cannot hold the weather fully accountable for my disgraceful lawn though. I have a dog who loves to do his little pee-pees on my grass! However, here's my philosophy: I don’t believe in watering grass. It feels like a waste of precious water resources to me.

Think about it—grass can recover naturally. Just look at the roadside verges, fields, dual carriageways, and country lanes. They don’t have anyone meticulously watering them, yet they bounce back beautifully after rain. Grass is quite resilient when left to its own devices. I know I will always have little patches from where Hamish has gone to the toilet, but as for the rest of the grass, a heavy continuous downpour of rain, which we should hopefully get when Autumn arrives, the grass will bounce back. Hopefully.

For me, my priority lies in keeping my plants healthy and vibrant. They require attention and care to thrive, and I want to invest my resources in their well-being. Everyone has their own approach, and if you prefer to water your grass, that's totally valid! But for me, I find joy and satisfaction in nurturing my plants.

My heart is full watching my flowers thrive, insects dance about, and our delightful wildlife flourish. My little sanctuary continues to be a vibrant haven, welcoming all who wander through.

As July dwindles down, I find myself in a state of eager anticipation. Not only am I counting the days until my surgery, but I’m also counting down the days until September. There's something truly magical about this time of year, and I can hardly wait to bring out my beloved pumpkin décor and embrace all things autumnal.

The transition from summer to autumn signals my favorite season, one filled with darker nights and the refreshing chill in the air. It’s the time when my log burner comes to life again, casting a warm glow throughout my cozy snug. I can already imagine those peaceful evenings spent curled up with my cat, wrapped in warmth and comfort.

As soon as autumn hits, it’s officially lounge wear, thick fluffy socks, and hoodie season. The thought of snuggling up in my favorite oversized sweater and indulging in seasonal treats brings a sense of joy that I can almost taste.

This shift in season is not just about the decor or the cozy clothing; it’s about embracing a spirit of coziness, reflection, and gratitude. Autumn is a time for warm drinks, colorful leaves, and moments of connection—both with ourselves and with loved ones.

This year, I’m particularly excited about my garden, which is bustling with some rather handsome-looking gourds! There's something so delightful about these quirky little beauties that embody the spirit of autumn. From vibrant oranges to deep greens, each gourd adds a unique character to my garden’s landscape.

The blue tarpaulin at the bottom of my garden I know is an eyesore, however it does serve as a purpose. Underneath the tarpaulin is gravel, uneven ground, shards of glass from an old greenhouse and lots of deep rooted brambles, weeds and if I remember a tree stump. It is not just an eyesore, but a barrier to transforming the space into something beautiful.

I know the tarpaulin won't eradicate the deep roots, but it can be used to help control weeds. By blocking sunlight, the tarpaulin helps prevent weeds from germinating and photosynthesizing, and they can also trap moisture and heat, which helps decompose existing weeds.

There's nothing quite like the joy of harvesting your own produce, and this year, my adventure into gardening has given me gorgeous gourds!

Unfortunately, not all made it to the finish line—one mysteriously disappeared, likely the victim of slugs or those pesky squash bugs. But fear not! The remaining gourds are thriving, bursting with vibrant colors and unique shapes, perfect for the upcoming season.

Being an autumn girly at heart, Halloween is my absolute favorite day of the year. I can hardly contain my excitement as I look forward to decorating my home with my very own home-grown gourds! While I know these little beauties can be eaten, I have to admit I reserve them exclusively for décor.

There's something so magical about using natural elements to set the mood for the autumn festivities. My Aliums which have now passed over, I keep, as when they pass, they become dry and brown, in turn I then use them for décor at harvest time. So between the Aliums and Gourds, I can't wait to display them around the house and create a cozy, autumnal atmosphere. Stay tuned for pictures of my gourd-filled decor as I embrace the spirit of the season that I eagerly await.

So yes, although an ugly eyesore, which now is filled with beautiful gourds, it'll be worth it come Autumn when I can harvest them and begin to work on this area, which in itself is a huge space! You truly don’t realize how expansive a space is until you’re standing right in the middle of it. This space in particular is huge and you can see the towns beautiful Abbey from this spot too. With so many ideas, thoughts, and dreams swirling in my head, I can hardly contain my excitement.

Back at my grandparents' house, I have three fruit trees—a cherry, a plum, and an apple—all in pots and eagerly waiting for their new home this autumn at Blair Cottage.

I envision planting them right in the middle of my grassy expanse, creating a beautiful mini orchard that produces delicious fruits and adds charm to the landscape.

But I’m not stopping there. In my quest to cultivate a vibrant garden, I also plan to treat myself to a stunning Hawthorn tree and some Ribes rubrum—those delectable red currant bushes that I absolutely love. There’s nothing quite like the sweet and tart flavor of red currants, especially when drizzled over pancakes paired with creamy Greek yogurt.

As I look towards the bottom of this part of the garden, my vision is to create the delightful fruit orchard alongside a meadow of wildflowers. Not only will this be a feast for the eyes, but it will also provide essential habitats for local wildlife, which I cherish deeply.

Now, let’s talk about that large area covered by tarpaulin. I’ve been doing some online research, and I have a thrilling idea: a natural swimming pond! I have a genuine love for water and swimming, and the thought of gliding through a pool filled with lively frogs and dragonflies feels simply magical—like something straight out of a Disney film.

These natural swimming ponds, also known as natural swimming pools, use a harmonious blend of aquatic plants to filter the water, creating a clean and hygienic swimming experience without the harsh chemicals found in traditional pools. It’s the perfect way to immerse myself in nature while enjoying a peaceful and tranquil space.

The potential for my garden is immense, and the possibilities are endless. With its vastness, I can create an oasis that not only serves as a sanctuary for wildlife but also as a personal retreat from the harsh realities of the outside world. This journey into gardening is shaping up to be an incredible adventure, and I can’t wait to share more of this growth with you all as my vision comes to life!

As we wrap up the month of July, I couldn't resist sharing a little triumph from my gardening adventures! This is my first time ever taking cuttings, and despite being a complete novice, I decided to dive in and give it a go. Every day is a new learning opportunity, and I was eager to try my hand at propagating plants.

I'm thrilled to report that my Christmas Rose cutting is thriving! Following the steps I found online, I’m overjoyed with the results. While I’m still unsure about my next steps in caring for it, I think it might be time to pot it up into something larger to allow its roots to spread.

This little cutting was taken from the parent plant that you can find at the bottom of my garden.

Originally, it resided in my mum's garden, cozy in a pot, but she kindly passed it on to me which I then planted into the ground. Now, this tiny green baby is a proud representation of my gardening journey.

I can't help but feel a sense of pride in my efforts. It’s incredible to see how a single leaf cutting has transformed into what I can now truly call a separate plant. It’s simply fabulous! Gardening is such a rewarding experience, and I can’t wait to see where this little adventure takes me next.

Despite the ups and downs, which I touched on at the beginning of this blog post, there’s solace in sharing my journey and staying connected with each of you through this blog. Here’s to making the most of every moment, celebrating new experiences, and finding strength in our shared stories.

Stay well, lovely readers, until next time!

Warmly, Lindsay Blair
